RBC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Online Privacy Notice tells you how we handle personal information via our website or any of our social media accounts.

Contact Details

If you fill in an online contact form, for example to express interest in a particular event, your details will be only be kept in the form of an email which will be sent to the church office. The information will not be held on our web server and will only be kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose. It will not be passed on to any third party without your express permission.

Photographs & Videos

Personal information (including photographs and videos of, for example, live streaming services) of individuals will not be published online without obtaining explicit consent from the individuals concerned or their parents/guardians. We will not publish the names of children and young people alongside their photographs.


On our website, we use two types of cookie, those that are necessary for its functionality and security, and those that are non-necessary but help us analyse and understand how you use the website. When you visit our website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, for example the number of visitors to various parts of the site. However this information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We also use Facebook Pixel, which is a similar service that tracks user behaviour.

Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any point, if it is the case that we are relying on your consent in order to handle your information. You also have rights to be sent a copy of the information we hold about you (subject to certain safeguards), to have any inaccurate information corrected, and also to have it deleted.
